At Knight Chemicals Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the specialized nature of our chemical products, returns are not accepted to ensure product integrity and safety. However, if a product does not meet the specified purity standards or arrives damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at sales@knightchem.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as independent purity analysis results, photos of packaging, or shipment damage details.
We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days. Once confirmed, an identical product will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that Knight Chemicals Inc. reserves the right to deny replacement requests that lack sufficient evidence or do not meet the stated criteria.
